Modular Hospital Building in Ursynow
The installation of 30 prefabricated hospital modules has been already started on 12 Kajakowa Street and is due to finish by the end of autumn this year. Total cost of this investment is estimated at 30 million zl.

This kind of modular systems have been in successful use for the last 40 years. Hospitals and the health sector in particular have recognised their value in solving a need for urgent accommodation – said deputy mayor of Warsaw Jacek Wojciechowicz.

The new hospital is planned to specialize in one-day medical procedures involving: surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, urology, gynecology, endoscopy. This solution guarantees cost-efficiency. Furthermore, it is far more convenient and also safer for patients. The risk of infectious complications is lower as well. The three-floor building will consist of: 14 beds department, 2 operating rooms with advanced facilities, sterilization and endoscopy rooms and diagnostic units.

Thanks to the modular buildings being 90% prefabricated, they can be assembled and ready for occupancy in a short space of time on-site. The hospital will meet the highest medical and construction standards and will provide the stuff with comfortable work conditions. Special design and high quality will let provide patients with excellence across a quite wide range of specialties.

The modular technologies have been implemented by public health departments in Opole, Bydgoszcz, Kołobrzeg and one private medical company in Olsztyn so far.
The Mayor of Ursynow invites all for the delightful open-air operetta: “The Csardas Princess” by Imre Kalmas
Like many operettas, “The Csardas Princess” can’t claim to be a model of theatrical depth or ingenuity. The tale concerns a cabaret singer, Sylva, who’s in love with a nobleman, causing a rift between social classes and much nonsensical confusions along marital lines.

Therefore, the singer Sylva Varescu is in love with Edwin von und zu Lippert-Weylersheim, whose parents do not approve of the liaison and are planning an engagement to Countess Stasi for their son. When Sylva hears about this, she goes to America with Edwin’s friend Boni (who is actually in love with Stasi), disguised as a married couple. Confusion results - but all ends happily.

The famous operetta contains many famous melodies such as "Machen wir's den Schwalben nach", "Ganz ohne Weiber geht die Chose nicht", and "Die Mädis von Chantant".

Cast: Zofia Kotlicka-Wiesztordt, Anna Osior, Joanna Wesołowska, Grzegorz Hufnal, Leszek Kruk, Wojciech Lewandowski, Ryszard Szczesiak, Elżbieta Czajkowska-Kłos, Ewa Wolińska, Roman Komassa, The Symfonic Orchestra „Le Quattro Stagioni” with narration by Andrzej Krajewski.

The performance will take place 25 July 2010 at 6 p.m. behind the Ursynow’s City Hall on Al. KEN 61 (Imielin Metro Station). In case it rains the operetta will be moved to Lord’s Ascension Church on al. KEN 101 Admission free.
