To develop Ursynów into a universal borough of growing significance in the Warsaw metropolis, to preserve its historical, cultural and ecological values, to develop ample housing, employment and recreational opportunities for its residents, to foster a good climate for the development of business, modern economy and international cooperation.

Commune Development Opportunities
  • Good access to national and provincial institutions and agencies;
  • Unpolluted environment in the vicinity of recreational and tourist areas, bordering a natural reserve;
  • Lack of heavy industrial facilities in the vicinity;
  • A large and varied job market, low unemployment and good local demand resulting from the investment boom in Warsaw;
  • Modern business development opportunities (well-educated workers, premises for development);
  • Direct vicinity of Okęcie International Airport and the Airport Special Economic Zone;
  • A large consumer market and relatively high incomes;
  • Good communication links with the world (railway, airport, telecommunications centre);
  • Underground line;
  • Ursynów remains under the direct influence of the Warsaw scientific and cultural hub and has full access to a broad range of educational, health, cultural and entertainment facilities.
